A unique granular base and seasoning made with ancho chile peppers. The Ancho is a dried poblano chile pepper, having a reddish, brown color and flavor that is rich, sweet and pungent. This RC Flavor Concentrate adds the distinctive flavor of ancho chiles wherever it is used. Completely vegetarian, this product contains no meat, dairy or egg products and is free of hydrolyzed vegetable protein. The base contains no added monosodium glutamate. Made in the USA.

Product Usage
As a Base – Prepare stock by dissolving product in water. This makes an excellent foundation for creating or enhancing stocks, sauces, and gravies. Use prepared stock to create home-style soups or to enhance pasta or rice dishes. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.
As a Seasoning – This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil. Packaging
Packaged in HDPE (BPA/Phthatate free) jars. Each container has a lot code and “packed on” date.
