A unique granular base and seasoning made with ancho chile peppers. The Ancho is a dried poblano chile pepper, having a reddish, brown color and flavor that is rich, sweet and pungent. This RC Flavor Concentrate adds the distinctive flavor of ancho chiles wherever it is used. Completely vegetarian, this product contains no meat, dairy or egg products and is free of hydrolyzed vegetable protein. The base contains no monosodium glutamate. Made in the USA.

As a Seasoning – This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil.
