The prepared product is a smooth, creamy dressing with bits of Parmesan cheese, garlic, cracked pepper and anchovy. It contains no eggs and will not separate when prepared according to package instructions. A light mix is also available.

Prepare the product in a mixer using water, vinegar, and salad oil.
A classic Caesar Salad is made with romaine lettuce and served with croutons. Often it is served with grilled chicken, beef or shrimp as a light entrée. The dressing makes a flavorful marinade for fish, seafood, poultry, beef, pork or vegetables. The dry mix can be used as a rub or to season breading and stuffing.
