Product Usage
A package is prepared with a ½ gallon each of whole milk and mayonnaise. To reduce the fat in the prepared product, low fat milk or mayonnaise may be substituted in part or in whole. The dry product may also be used as a rub for seasoning meats or seafood, and can be incorporated into breading to enhance flavors. Contact RC Fine Foods for additional recipe ideas.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free poly packages. Each container has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.
