Product Usage
RC Chicken Demi-Glace may be served as is or used as a base for other brown sauces. Marsala, Madeira, and Chasseur are just a few sauces that can be prepared using Demi-Glace. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.
To prepare, 1 jar of RC Chicken Flavored Demi-Glace Sauce Mix is added to 2 gallons of water and heated to a boil while whisking. The prepared sauce is freeze-thaw stable and can be held on a steam table or refrigerated for later use. Smaller quantities may be prepared.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free HDPE jars or pails. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.
