Product Usage

Au Jus Gravy is traditionally served with roast beef, prime rib or French dip sandwiches. RC Au Jus Prep may be used to enrich pan juices from roasted meat. It is excellent for basting roasts, and seasoning meats, soups, gravies and stews. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas.

A full bottle prepares instantly with 2 gallons of hot or boiling water. Smaller quantities are easily made – 1 tablespoon of the prep is added to 1 cup of water.

Packaging

Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free HDPE bottles. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.
