Raspberry Coulis Mix

Artifically flavored.

A coulis is a thick puree or sauce.  Fruit coulis can be used as a dessert sauce or a plate garnish.  RC Raspberry Coulis Mix is a light red powder containing dehydrated raspberries.  It prepares easily with water to create a flavorful, deep red raspberry coulis fruit sauce that can be used immediately.  It is packed in a 1-pint squeeze bottle, with a dropper top, which serves as both a mixing and application container.  When dry, the product may be stored at room temperature. Made in the USA.

Product Usage

A coulis is used to create exciting plate presentations for both savory and dessert dishes. By using the dropper top, a thin line of coulis can be plated to create designs, or added as a finishing fruit sauce. Several flavors may be used for an attractive color contrast.

Packaging

Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free HDPE bottles. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.

Product Storage

Store dry product in a cool, dry place. Prepared product must be kept refrigerated.

Shelf Life

12 months. Prepared product should be used within 7 days.

Fructose, dextrose, sugar, dried raspberry, xanthan gum, silicon dioxide (anticaking agent), citric acid, propylene glycol alginate, sodium citrate, artificial flavor, potassium sorbate (to retard spoilage), maltodextrin, red #40 and blue #1.
Contains a bioengineered ingredient.
