Red Style Lobster Base
A paste base made with lobster meat from the cold waters of the North Atlantic. Prepared, this base has the pleasant flavor and aroma characteristic of a lobster stock. The base and prepared stock have an attractive natural red color. RC Lobster Base is also available without monosodium glutamate (MSG); or without tomato paste and extractives of parprika.

Prepare an instant lobster stock by dissolving product in water. A soup base makes an excellent foundation for creating or seasoning stocks and sauces.
