Product Usage
Use this concentrated base sparingly to add the distinctive flavor of roasted onions. Season foods by dissolving base in water or other liquids. Use 1 teaspoon per quart to start and increase to taste. This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.
Packaging
Packaged in HDPE (BPA/Phthalate free) jars or pails. Each container has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.
