Product Usage
RC Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse Mix can be used to prepare a variety of desserts. The prepared mousse can be piped for serving, used as a filling for pies and pastries, as a cake icing or filling or as a frozen dessert. Add RC Extracts such as Banana, Raspberry or Almond to create a flavored mousse. Ingredients such as chocolate bits, crumbled cookies, fruit or chopped nuts may be added after fully whipped.
To prepare, 1 package is whipped at high speed with 1 quart of ice water. For best yield, water must be less than 38°F. The bowl and whip should be chilled beforehand. Ice cold fat-free milk may be substituted for all or part of the water, but it will change nutritional information and add sugar.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free poly packages. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.

Product Storage
Store bags in a cool, dry place. Prepared product must be kept refrigerated or frozen.
