Product Usage
Use as a foundation for cream soups and sauces. The product is dissolved in water, stock and/or milk and heated to thicken. The quantity of liquid used will control the consistency. Soup bases, seasonings, vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood are among the many ingredients that may be added to create your favorite soups, sauces or entrées.
To prepare, dissolve 1 jar of RC Unseasoned Cream Sauce in 4-6 quarts of cold water, depending on desired consistency. The mix may dissolve more easily if a cold-water slurry is first prepared and then added to the remaining liquid. Heat the mixture to a boil while stirring frequently. Seasonings and other ingredients are added at this time. Milk may be substituted for some of the water.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free HDPE jars or pails. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.
