The finished product is a light textured topping that is freeze-thaw stable, pipes well, will not weep, and tastes like whipped cream. It contains no gluten or partially hydrogenated fats. Product Usage
RC Whipped Topping Mix can be used just like whipped cream. It may be piped or spooned onto a plate or used to top ice cream or fruit. Use Whipped Topping to frost or decorate a cake or pie. Prepared Whipped Topping may be frozen for later use.
To prepare, 1 package is whipped at high speed with 1 quart ice water. For best yield, water used must be less than 38°F. The mixing bowl and whip should also be chilled beforehand. Ice cold milk may be substituted for all or part of the water.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free poly packages. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.

Product Storage
Store bags in a cool, dry place. Prepared product must be kept refrigerated or frozen.
Shelf Life
12 months. Prepared Product: 4-7 days, refrigerated.
