Rémoulade Sauce

Rémoulade Sauce Serves: 1 quart

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. prepared RC Tartar Sauce Mix
  • 3 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup pickle relish or chopped cornichons
  • ¼ cup chopped capers
  • ¼ cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2 oz. chopped roasted red pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix all the Rémoulade Sauce ingredients together and blend.
  2. 2 Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
