Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. RC Chipotle Chile Flavor Concentrate
- 2 quarts heavy cream
- 1 quart prepared Créme Anglaise Mix
- 1 1-lb. package Chocolate Mousse Mix
Instructions
- 1 Prepare the Mousses (Chocolate) according to the package instructions.
- 2 Add Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate during the final 2 minutes of mixing.
- 3 Pipe mixture into a chocolate tuile and garnish with prepared Creme Anglaise Sauce Mix.
