Lemongrass & Ginger Bavarian

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
- 1 package Unflavored Bavarian Mix
- 2 tsp. Lemongrass Flavor
- 3 cups ice cold water or milk
Instructions
- 1 Pre-chill mixing bowl & whip.
- 2 Blend Bavarians (Unflavored) with ice cold water and mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
- 3 Scrape bowl and mix at high speed for 3-5 minutes until mousse thickens.
- 4 Add Lemongrass Flavor & Ginger Puree during final minute of mixing.
- 5 Refrigerate until ready for use.
- 6 To "Umamify" the recipe add 1 tsp.
- 7 RC Umami Sensations™ Kokumi Powder
- 8 This dessert is a summer time favorite.
- 9 Serve with fresh berries of your choice, then top with RC Crème Anglaise and match RC Dessert Fruit Coulis Sauce Mix to match.
