Seafood Couscous
Approximately 10-12 portions
Ingredients
- 4-6 drops Lemongrass Flavor
- 20 oz. couscous
- 3 cups prepared No Added MSG Liquid Seafood Consomme Prep
- 1 cup Chardonnay
- ½ tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. firm fleshed fish, cut into 2 inch squares
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
- 1 lb. sea scallops, cleaned
- ½ lb. squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1 Bring the prepared RC No Added MSG Liquid Seafood Consomme Prep, Chardonnay and bay leaf to a boil.
- 2 Add the oil, fish and shrimp.
- 3 Return to a boil.
- 4 Add the remaining ingredients.
- 5 Remove from heat.
- 6 Stir and cover for 5-10 minutes.
- 7 Gently fluff with a fork.
- 8 Serve by arranging seafood on top of couscous.
