Bacon Hollandaise
1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 scallion, bias cut
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 pcs. cooked, chopped bacon
- 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
- salt & pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Jalapeño Flavor
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 Season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Hold in steam table for service.
