Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 quarts cold milk
- 4 quarts cold water
- 1 jar Unseasoned Cream Sauce
- pinch nutmeg
Instructions
- 1 Mix the RC Unseasoned Cream Sauce with the cold water and milk.
- 2 Add the onion and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- 3 Strain and finish with nutmeg.
- 4 Cool properly and use as a base sauce for any of your white sauces.
