Gingered Tomato Jam

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp. No Added MSG Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 lbs. plum tomatoes, seeded and small diced
  • 4-6 drops Lemongrass Flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4-6 drops Cilantro Flavor
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • ½ cup chopped shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1+ Tbsp. Ginger Puree

Instructions

  1. 1 Slowly brown the chopped shallots and the chopped garlic in the olive oil.
  2. 2 Add the tomatoes, pepper and lime juice.
  3. 3 Simmer over low heat 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients.
  5. 5 Mix well, serve warm.
