Creamy Dijonnaise Sauce Serves: 36 oz.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. prepared Tartar Sauce Mix
  • 3 tbsp. whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 2 oz. white wine
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. minced red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. sliced scallions

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare RC Tartar Sauce Mix per label instructions.
  2. 2 Into 1 qt. of the prepared sauce add rest of ingredients and mix until blended.
  3. 3 Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  4. 4 Keep refrigerated.
