Peppercorn Sauce
1¼ quarts
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 2 tsp. whole green peppercorns
- 2 oz. brandy
- 4 oz. heavy cream
- 1 qt. prepared Instant Chicken Gravy
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. softened butter
Instructions
- 1 Sauté chopped shallots with the peppercorns.
- 2 Deglaze with brandy and add heavy cream.
- 3 Simmer for 2-3 minutes and add prepared No Added MSG Instant Chicken Gravy Mix and parsley.
- 4 Simmer an additional 5 minutes and finish with butter.
