Ingredients
- 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
- ¼ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning®
- 1½ tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. Seafood Base
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- ½ tsp. tarragon
- 1 tsp. parsley
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- 1 Add remaining ingredients to warm Hollandaise and mix well.
- 2 Season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Hold in steam table for service.
