Seafood Hollandaise

Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
  • ¼ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning®
  • 1½ tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. Seafood Base
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • ½ tsp. tarragon
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Add remaining ingredients to warm Hollandaise and mix well.
  2. 2 Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Hold in steam table for service.
