Sausage Hollandaise
1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. whole grain mustard
- 1½ tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. Worcestershire
- ¼ tsp. hot sauce
- 4 oz. sausage
- 2 cups prepared Hollandaise Sauce
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- 1 Grill or bake sausage.
- 2 Remove meat from casing and discard casing.
- 3 Small dice sausage meat.
- 4 Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 5 Season with salt and pepper.
- 6 Hold in steam table for service.
