Au Gratin Potatoes

Serves: 15 servings


  • 3 lbs. Idaho potatoes, peeled & sliced ⅛ inch thick
  • 1 pint prepared, cold Hearty Foundations™ Vegan GF FlavorMatch® Gluten-Free Chicken Flavor Base No Added MSG
  • 2 quarts prepared Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • 50/50 ratio to cover the pan Parmesan cheese & GF Panko bread crumbs


  1. 1 Add potatoes to the prepared RC Hearty Foundations® Vegan GF Gluten Free FlavorMatch® Chicken Flavored Base and bring to a boil.
  2. 2 Simmer until potatoes are par-cooked.
  3. 3 Add the prepared RC Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix, ground nutmeg mix together and place all in a shallow oven proof dish.
  4. 4 Cover dish with Parmesan Cheese and GF Panko bread crumb mixture and bake at 350°F until nice and brown on top.


Value Added Suggestions:

Shredded Gruyere Cheese could be and added with prepared RC Instant Yellow Cheese Sauce Mix.
