Baby Lamb Chops

Serves: 42 baby lamb chops or 6 racks


  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Base
  • 6 racks baby lamb shops trimmed & frenched
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard


  1. 1 Trim excess fat & sinew from lamb racks and french rib bones.
  2. 2 Combine RC Roasted Garlic Base, rosemary & Dijon mustard in a bowl and blend.
  3. 3 Marinate lamb racks with mixture and roast whole (in a 350°F oven) or cut into individual chops and sauté until internal temperature reaches 145°F internal.
