Bacon Hollandaise

Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 scallion, bias cut
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 pcs. cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Jalapeño Flavor

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. 2 Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Hold in steam table for service.
