Beef Burritos

Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped green chiles
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1½ lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ¾ tsp. Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1½ lbs. shredded cheddar
- ½ cup chopped scallions
- 10-12 flour tortillerent
- 2-2½ Tbsp. Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate
- 15½ oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
- 1 Heat oil and brown the ground beef.
- 2 Pour off excess fat and add onions, chopped garlic, tomatoes and green chilies.
- 3 Sauté the mixture until onions are translucent.
- 4 Add scallions, Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate, black beans and Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep.
- 5 Simmer mixture for 3-5 minutes to blend the flavors.
- 6 Warm tortillas, and portion meat mixture on tortillas.
- 7 Top with cheese, roll up and serve with sour cream and guacamole.
