- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 medium red potatoes, quartered
- No Added MSG Golden Vegetable Base to taste
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh herbs
- 1 Boil the potatoes in salted water until al dente.
- 2 Drain well and dry.
- 3 Heat the oil.
- 4 Add the dried potatoes and chopped garlic.
- 5 Sauté until potatoes are caramelized.
- 6 Add herbs.
- 7 Season with No Added MSG Golden Vegetable Base or No Added MSG Harvest Vegetable Base, toss briefly and serve.
