Caramelized Herbed Potatoes

Caramelized Herbed Potatoes Serves: 4 portions


  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 medium red potatoes, quartered
  • No Added MSG Golden Vegetable Base to taste
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh herbs


  1. 1 Boil the potatoes in salted water until al dente.
  2. 2 Drain well and dry.
  3. 3 Heat the oil.
  4. 4 Add the dried potatoes and chopped garlic.
  5. 5 Sauté until potatoes are caramelized.
  6. 6 Add herbs.
  7. 7 Season with No Added MSG Golden Vegetable Base or No Added MSG Harvest Vegetable Base, toss briefly and serve.
