Cheddar Hollandaise

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. hot sauce
  • 2-3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • ¼ tsp. dry mustard
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Add cheese to prepared RC Hollandaise Sauce and whisk until melted.
  2. 2 Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Hold in steam table for service.
