Cheddar Hollandaise
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp. hot sauce
- 2-3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- ¼ tsp. dry mustard
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- 1 Add cheese to prepared RC Hollandaise Sauce and whisk until melted.
- 2 Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper.
- 4 Hold in steam table for service.
