- 3 oz. brandy
- 1 cup Chablis
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1 pinch fresh chopped thyme leaf
- 1½ qts. prepared RC Hunter Sauce Mix
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
- ¼ tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Shiitake Mushroom Powder
- ¼ tsp. RC Umami Sensations® Mirepoix Powder
- 20 each Airline or Frenched Chicken Breast
