Chipotle Chile Infused Chocolate Mousse with Creme Anglaise

Serves: 1 gallon


  • 1 Tbsp. RC Chipotle Chile Flavor Concentrate
  • 2 quarts heavy cream
  • 1 quart prepared Créme Anglaise Mix
  • 1 1-lb. package Chocolate Mousse Mix


  1. 1 Prepare the Mousses (Chocolate) according to the package instructions.
  2. 2 Add Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate during the final 2 minutes of mixing.
  3. 3 Pipe mixture into a chocolate tuile and garnish with prepared Creme Anglaise Sauce Mix.
