Citrus Siena Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 8-10 oz. rice wine vinegar
- 3 cups orange juice
- 3 cups grapefruit juice
- 1 pint water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2½ quarts salad oil
- 1 package Siena Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
Instructions
- 1 Mix the package contents with the sugar. Place water in a separate mixing bowl.
- 2 Add the dry mixture and whip for 5 minutes at medium speed.
- 3 Scrape the bowl and add grapefruit juice, orange juice and vinegar.
- 4 Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add salad oil and whip for 6 minutes at high speed.
