Creamy Caesar Dressing

Serves: 1 gallon

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 44 oz. salad oil
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 44 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Caesar Dressing Mix

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare the RC Caesar Dressing Mix according to package instructions, substituting mayonnaise for the other half of the oil and adding additional parmesan cheese.
  2. 2 The 20 oz package of RC Caesar Dressing Mix may also be used for both recipes - just double all of the other ingredients.

Notes

Add Grilled Shrimp to your Caesar Salad – marinate in RC Red Pepper Basil Sandwich Sauce Mix made with only 3 cups vinegar before grilling. Top your Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken or Turkey marinated in RC Creamy Pesto Sandwich Sauce Mix prepared with 3 cups vinegar before grilling.
