Fine Herb Sauce
- 1 quart No Added MSG Instant Brown Gravy Mix
- 3 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp. chervil
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 Briefly sauté the chopped shallots.
- 2 Add the wine and herbs and reduce by two thirds.
- 3 Add the prepared No Added MSG Instant Brown Gravy Mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4 Remove the bay leaf, whisk in the butter and hold for service.
