Ginger Vinaigrette or Marinade
1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
- juice of 1 lime
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. chopped mint
- ½ tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup blended oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6-8 drops Cilantro Flavor
- 1/8 tsp. Lemongrass Flavor
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour.
- 2 Adjust seasonings.
- 3 Use as a salad dressing or as a marinade for chicken, pork or seafood.
