Ginger Vinaigrette or Marinade

Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. chopped mint
  • ½ tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/3 cup blended oil
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6-8 drops Cilantro Flavor
  • 1/8 tsp. Lemongrass Flavor

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour.
  2. 2 Adjust seasonings.
  3. 3 Use as a salad dressing or as a marinade for chicken, pork or seafood.
