Honey Ginger & Garlic Marinade
about 3 cups
Ingredients
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup grainy mustard
- ¼ cup orange juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- 1½ Tbsp. Ginger Puree
- 1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 1½ cups blended oil
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat, poultry or fish.
- 2 Cover and refrigerate.
- 3 Allow meat, poultry or fish to marinate for a minimum of 2-4 hours.
- 4 Before grilling or roasting remove excess marinade.
