Honey Ginger & Garlic Marinade

Serves: about 3 cups

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup grainy mustard
  • ¼ cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • 1½ Tbsp. Ginger Puree
  • 1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1½ cups blended oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over meat, poultry or fish.
  2. 2 Cover and refrigerate.
  3. 3 Allow meat, poultry or fish to marinate for a minimum of 2-4 hours.
  4. 4 Before grilling or roasting remove excess marinade.
