Lettuce Wrap Sauce

Serves: 24 oz.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 4 Tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp gluten free hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Ancho Chipotle Sandwich Sauce Mix
  • ½ tsp No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base
  • ½ tsp Ginger Puree

Instructions

  1. 1 In a mixing bowl combine sugar, water and dry mustard, blend until dry mustard is incorporated without any lumps.
  2. 2 Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
  3. 3 Sauce should be kept refrigerated.
