Lettuce Wrap Sauce
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp dry mustard
- 4 Tbsp gluten free soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp gluten free hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp Ancho Chipotle Sandwich Sauce Mix
- ½ tsp No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base
- ½ tsp Ginger Puree
- 1 In a mixing bowl combine sugar, water and dry mustard, blend until dry mustard is incorporated without any lumps.
- 2 Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
- 3 Sauce should be kept refrigerated.
