Mango Flavored Whip Topping
- 1 package Whip Topping Mix
- 2 tsp. Clear Mango Extract
- 1 quart ice water
- 1 Combine ice water (for best results, water should be less than 38°F) with Whip Topping Mix and whip for 1 minute.
- 2 Stop and scrape bowl and add Clear Mango Extract.
- 3 Whip for 5 minutes.
- 4 Makes a great filling for cannoli, cream puffs & éclairs.
- 5 Try as a frosting for your favorite cake too.
- 6 Like RC Mousses, Whip Topping Mix is freeze thaw stable.
