Mango Flavored Whip Topping

Serves: 5 quarts


  • 1 package Whip Topping Mix
  • 2 tsp. Clear Mango Extract
  • 1 quart ice water


  1. 1 Combine ice water (for best results, water should be less than 38°F) with Whip Topping Mix and whip for 1 minute.
  2. 2 Stop and scrape bowl and add Clear Mango Extract.
  3. 3 Whip for 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Makes a great filling for cannoli, cream puffs & éclairs.
  5. 5 Try as a frosting for your favorite cake too.
  6. 6 Like RC Mousses, Whip Topping Mix is freeze thaw stable.
