Maple Chipotle Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 quart Maple syrup
- 2½ Tbsp. RC Chipotle Chile Flavor Concentrate
- 2 tsp. RC Roasted Garlic Base
- 4 whole sage leaves
Instructions
- 1 Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan and heat for 15-20 minutes at just a simmer.
- 2 Strain and hold for service.
