- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 8 oz. sliced white mushrooms
- 6 oz. Marsala
- 1 qt. prepared Demi Glace Sauce Mix
- 1 Heat the oil and sauté the chopped shallots and mushrooms.
- 2 Add half of the wine and reduce until almost dry.
- 3 Add the prepared |demiglacesauce|, remaining wine and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
