- 2 oz. sliced mushrooms
- ¾ cup dry white wine
- 2 cups prepared Demi Glace Sauce Mix
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp. Mushroom Base
- 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Sauté the chopped shallots and sliced mushrooms.
- 2 Add white wine and reduce by two-thirds.
- 3 Add the prepared |demiglacesauce|, tomato puree and |mushroombase|.
- 4 Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- 5 Finish with chopped parsley.
