Pasta Salad
approximately 10 portions
Ingredients
- 1½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 red pepper, julienne
- 1 green pepper, julienne
- 1 small red onion, small diced
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 ribs celery, small diced
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- 1 lb. small pasta
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tsp. No Added MSG Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
- 2-3 Tbsp. pickle relish
Instructions
- 1 Cook pasta in boiling salted water, drain and cool under cold running water.
- 2 In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
- 3 Add the pasta and toss.
- 4 Chill well before service.
