Peppercorn Sauce

Serves: 1¼ quarts

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 2 tsp. whole green peppercorns
  • 2 oz. brandy
  • 4 oz. heavy cream
  • 1 qt. prepared Instant Chicken Gravy
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. softened butter

Instructions

  1. 1 Sauté chopped shallots with the peppercorns.
  2. 2 Deglaze with brandy and add heavy cream.
  3. 3 Simmer for 2-3 minutes and add prepared No Added MSG Instant Chicken Gravy Mix and parsley.
  4. 4 Simmer an additional 5 minutes and finish with butter.
