A unique plant-based granular base and seasoning made with vegetables, herbs and other flavorings found in a classic vegetable stock. Prepared, the product creates a golden stock with the balanced, well-rounded flavor and aroma of long-simmered vegetables, while still satisfying the requirements of a low or reduced sodium diet. Completely plant-based, this product contains no meat, dairy or egg products. This base contains no monosodium glutamate (MSG). Made in the USA.
Prepare stock or seasoning by dissolving product in water. A soup base makes an excellent foundation for creating or enhancing stocks, sauces, stews and vegetables. Use prepared stock to create home-style soups or to enhance pasta or rice dishes. Sprinkle on the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil.
