Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette
approximately 1¼ quarts
Ingredients
- ½ tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- ¾ tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
- 1 tsp. Roasted Onion Base
- 6 plum tomatoes, roasted, peeled, seeded and small diced
- 1 tsp, oregano
- 1 Tbsp, light brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients and puree. Serve as a salad dressing.
