Rosemary Marinade
enough marinade for 3-5 pounds
Ingredients
- 2-3 bay leaves, crumbled
- ½ lb. celery, small diced
- ½ lb. carrots, small diced
- 1 lb. onions, small diced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
- ½ bunch fresh rosemary
- chopped salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1 Combine the RC Roasted Garlic Base and olive oil.
- 2 Mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Use to season chicken, lamb or pork.
