Rosemary Marinade

Serves: enough marinade for 3-5 pounds


  • 2-3 bay leaves, crumbled
  • ½ lb. celery, small diced
  • ½ lb. carrots, small diced
  • 1 lb. onions, small diced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
  • ½ bunch fresh rosemary
  • chopped salt and pepper to taste


  1. 1 Combine the RC Roasted Garlic Base and olive oil.
  2. 2 Mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Use to season chicken, lamb or pork.
