Satay Dressing and Marinade
Ingredients
- ¼ cup water ½ cup milk
- 6 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger Puree
- ½ tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 8-10 drops Cilantro Flavor
- 1 tsp. Coconut Flavor
Instructions
- 1 Boil the water and remove from the heat.
- 2 Melt the peanut butter in the water.
- 3 Add the remaining ingredients and whisk thoroughly.
- 4 Refrigerate until service.
- 5 This recipe is excellent on cold salads or for marinating chicken, fish or pork.
