Satay Dressing and Marinade

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup water ½ cup milk
  • 6 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger Puree
  • ½ tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 8-10 drops Cilantro Flavor
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Flavor

Instructions

  1. 1 Boil the water and remove from the heat.
  2. 2 Melt the peanut butter in the water.
  3. 3 Add the remaining ingredients and whisk thoroughly.
  4. 4 Refrigerate until service.
  5. 5 This recipe is excellent on cold salads or for marinating chicken, fish or pork.
