Sienna Mango Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 package Siena Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
- 1 quart red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. Clear Mango Extract
- 1 quart prepared Mango Coulis Mix
- 2½ quarts salad oil
- 1 pint water
- 2 cups sugar
Instructions
- 1 Combine RC Siena Vinaigrette Dressing Mix and sugar together in a mixer bowl.
- 2 Add water and whip at medium speed for 5 minutes.
- 3 Stop, scrape the bowl and add vinegar, prepared RC Mango Coulis, RC Clear Mango Extract & RC Cilantro Flavor.
- 4 Whip for 3 minutes at medium speed.
- 5 Slowly add salad oil while whipping at slow speed.
- 6 When all oil is incorporated, whip for 6 minutes at high speed.
